Welcome
Nurtured Balance Therapy offers a compassionate, collaborative space for women and mothers to explore parts of themselves that often go neglected or unseen in the midst of caregiving, identity shifts, anxiety, trauma, or relationship strain.
Using an integrative approach to therapy, I offer a validating, nonjudgmental space to explore who you are outside of your roles, responsibilities, and internalized pressures. We can gently explore the parts of you that are exhausted, over-functioning, self-critical, or dismissed to begin developing balance, autonomy, and self-acceptance.

Nurtured Balance creates a space for all people navigating womanhood, however they define that, to reconnect with themselves. No matter what your family looks like, if parenthood is not a part of your path, or if it will no longer look the way you had planned, you are welcome here.

Approach to Therapy
Nurtured Balance is rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies including Internal Family Systems, polyvagal theory, attachment and compassion-focused work, and mindfulness. With each woman's unique experience comes the potential for a broad range of thoughts, feelings, and situations that can leave us confused, disillusioned, resentful, and struggling to enjoy the important moments in our lives. Together, we can gently explore the parts of your identity and circumstances that are deserving of care and attention without judgment or shame.

In our work together, you can expect a warm and reassuring space where all the parts of your past and present are welcome and safe. Therapy will move at your pace and comfort level, guided by collaboration and transparency. Whether you are treading through anxiety, trauma, postpartum adjustment, identity loss, or burnout and overwhelm, our work will be shaped by your unique needs and strengths, while creating space for validation, relief, and clarity.​
