Women's Mental Health
As women, we often find ourselves juggling expectations, invisible labor, and emotional caregiving while quietly neglecting our own needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, disappointment, boundary issues, chronic guilt and burnout, or simply feeling like you've lost yourself, therapy can help you reconnect with the you beneath it all. You can reclaim the parts of yourself that existed long before roles and responsibilities dominated your life. You can rediscover the hope you carried when your reality left room for your dreams.

The experience of being a woman can't be put in a single box and I honor the diversity of all experiences. In our work, I draw on relational therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness practices, and evidence-based tools such as CBT to help you untangle patterns and reestablish balance. Many clients find that through therapy, they are able to move from exhaustion, guilt, or self-doubt toward a deeper sense of alignment, empowerment, and clarity about who they are and what they want.
